Policy for returning of products.
Every product can be returned if the following conditions are met:
You must return your purchase within 14 days after delivery.
The product must be unused and in original condition, complete with all tags attached and original packaging.
Note that we do not accept goods if they are damaged, worn or washed.
Please do not return the goods unless you qualify under all of the above terms and conditions.
Please note it may take up to 14 working days before a case is finally closed.

Error on the product on receipt:
If you find errors in products supplied by Styleclass.com, we encourage you to contact us immediately. It is your responsibility to describe or show the error as under international law for the Danish Sale of Goods.
The right to claim compensation for damages / errors / defects will lapse after a period of 2 years from the date you receive the product. Right to seek compensation for the defective product is only present if you have handled the product of a warrantable manner and avoided any damage or misuse. Send your complaint within a reasonable time after you have noticed the defect. This usually means a maximum of 2 months. In case of errors / defects StyleClass.com will pay the return postage.

Recurring of products.
If you are unhappy with the product styleclass.com must be notified within 14 days of receipt of goods. You are required to return the product in the same condition as it was delivered and received. If it is styleclass.com's estimate that the goods are mistreated, we will not refund the purchase.
If you wish to return an item, be sure that the product is wrapped properly, in a box or basket. Expenses incurred in returning the products lies with the buyer.
Any item / items purchased on sale / for a reduced price, can not be returned.
What payment options do I have?
We accept Visa, Visa Electron, JCB and MasterCard. We begin to process your order immediately upon receipt. We will not charge your credit card until your order is shipped from the styleclass's stock.
VAT is included in all prices on Styleclass.com.
When you pay by credit card, enter your card number, expiration date and 3-digit control number located on the signature strip on the back of all credit cards. All data on Credit carts is not available for the styleclass or other unauthorized persons. The encrypted data is sent directly to PBS via a secure SSL server (Secure Sockets Layer). Only PBS can decode and read your encrypted credit card information.
Shipping costs:
We deliver your packages with either GLS, Post Denmark, UPS or TNT. As noted previously, the buyer pays all delivery costs. For a complete overview of costs and access to free delivery, see "How much is postage?" above.
Cancellation of purchases:
The buyer may cancel orders within 14 days from ordering, without further reason. To be valid, cancellations must be postmarked before the end of a 14-day period. Any product already shipped within the fourteen 14-day period, must be returned at arrival, shipment is paid by the buyer. The product must be sent with the same shipping company as originally used to send the product to the buyer. To get a receipt, we recommend that you send your return as a parcel post.

A valid name, email address and shipping address are required to implement an online reservation and receive an order confirmation. We keep this information from case to case, so you can avoid entering your personal information on the order form when placing future orders. Archived information is kept up to 3 years and will not be sold, rented or otherwise shown to a third party.

When you use a credit card to purchase goods and services via our website, your encrypted credit card information is sent directly to PBS (the banking sector's payment clearing services) via a secure SSL server (Secure Sockets Layer). Only PBS can decode and read your encrypted credit card information. You have more rights when you choose to purchase goods over the Internet in relation to the purchase of general stores. Just remember to check your payment inquiries. You can refuse a payment without having to pay franchise taxes, if unauthorized persons have got hold of your card and used your credit card on the Internet.
